What i will and won't draw
I will draw:
-OCs;
-Fanart of a character;
-Light gore/blood (very little);
-Humanoids w/ animal ears and tails;
-simple backgrounds (patterns, effects).What I will NOT draw:
-NSFW;
-complicated armor;
-furries;
-IRL people;
-Scenery (at least not now, sometime in the future yes);
-and anything else that I am uncomfortable drawing.
PLEASE NOTE that I have the right to refuse any commission without stating a reason.
TERMS OF SERVICE
RIGHTS
I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork. This means a few things:(1) I retain the rights to upload the commissioned work on my social media, as well as in my work portfolios. This can include not only the final artwork, but the video process of it.(2) You cannot claim the artwork as your own, and you must credit me if you are to post it on your own social media.(3) You cannot sell my art for NFT purposes, nor use it for any NFT related uses. This will get you permanently banned.(4) You cannot use my art for any AI related purpose. This will get you permanently banned.(5) Further conditions may apply.I have the right to decline a commission request, if I feel that the request is either:(1) Something I am not comfortable illustrating;(2) Something that I believe is outside my capacity in terms of skill;(3) Or the artwork requested isn't applicable in my own art style.(3) Further conditions may apply.Ideally, please commission me for an artwork that is similar to my style and range of ability. If you are unsure, you can send me an email or a direct message on any of my social media.PROCESS
✧ Please note that I have a relatively inconsistent drawing pace, and so you may receive your final product from as little as a few weeks from payment, to a few months. An estimate will be given to you, as well as regular updates on the matter. If the product is needed within a tight deadline, additional cost will apply.
✧ Please keep in mind that I am constantly trying to improve as an artist, and so my style may change throughout the process.
✧ You may request small changes throughout the process, as I will be asking feedback if necessary. However, if the change is too significant, or you change ideas on design or composition altogether, I have the right to either refuse the request of change or to apply additional cost for it.
✧I will be sending draft sketches for approval. This can go from only one to multiple stages of approval needed to proceed to the next step.
✧ If any small details need to be changed for the final artwork, additional fees may apply. If the change is based on a mistake I made, no additional charges will be applied.PAYMENT
✧ Payment is done only through PayPal for the moment (This may be subject to change soon).
✧ All payments are paid upfront only.
✧ If necessary, the conversion rate from USD to CAD will be included in the final price of the commission.
✧ No refunds, unless I am unable to complete your commission for any given reason.PERSONAL OR COMMERCIAL USE
✧ For personal use, you may use it as a wallpaper, an avatar, a profile picture, and any of the like, on non-profit sites. You may also print the artwork ONLY for personal use (stickers, posters, keychain, etc).✧ For commercial use, additional cost will apply and will be discussed with you. This includes using the artwork for any profitable way; marketing a business or brand you own, for social media platforms that generate profit, for a streaming asset, and any of the like. In any circumstance, I do not allow the production of merch with the commissioned work, the reason being that I reserve the right to sell and market my own art as merch. This includes stickers, posters, keychains, and any of the like.

Process
➼I have a very uneven pace at drawing, as well as hand cramps every now and then, from which i have to take breaks from drawing to recover. Please note that after being commissioned, you may receive your final product from within a couple days, to a few months. Most cases, I will make sure that it is done within at least a week or two, and if there is any delay, I will let you know.➼The more reference pictures/details you give me, the better I can illustrate what you are looking for. I suggest sending pinterest boards of the mood/character you want, or any reference really!➼The first few sketches will be sent to you for approval. Once they are approved, no changes will be accepted. Please read the TOS for more info on the payment process related to this.➼Throughout the process, I can send updates on my progress on the drawing (of course, if you do not want updates, that's fine too! Just let me know and I will only send the final product when done).Additional info➼PRICES MAY VARY throughout time. I may also add additional cost depending on complexity of your commission.➼Don't be afraid to critisize the initial sketches, the goal is for me to draw something you would be satisfied with :)
